The ZipFit Indy

The Zipfit is designed as an instant and permanent solution for packed out and loose fitting liners, and oversized shells.

The INDY offers the optimum and instant “slip-on” solution for skiers who want to get through their skiing holiday without further ”loose fitting” boot problems. Especially useful in rental situations for instantly eliminating "heel lift" problems, because the INDY can be re-used and refitted hundreds of times.

This is “one” functional and effective solution to their boot problems, and without the expense or time of temporary band-aid stick-on shims, replacement heat molded liners, foam injected liners or Zipfit inner boots.

This is the complete liner with ZIPFIT’s built-in OneMinuteFit self-molding system, showing option to add “bananini” Velcro pads to further reduce the volume. The plain alone is extremely effective and quick.

The long laces are suggested for the initial fitting and molding.

1. The INDY is fitted over the liner and onto the foot.
2. Then both liner and foot are inserted into the (preferably) HOT shell.
3. Buckles adjusted and then everything is ready for skiing.

The resulting fitting is better than new. Initially the feeling may even be "too tight" ... but within a few minutes the molding system adapts to the feet and shells, and balances out the tightness.

The molding pack can be heated and softened (100's of times).

For faster adaptation, heat the shell.

1. The INDY OMFit compound can be softened with just 20 seconds in the microwave oven.
2. Once molded the laces can be removed.
3. The molded and the liner are reinserted and left in the shell.
4. The banana pads are rarely needed since the INDY works very effectively for shells even two full sizes too large.
