As most people know, many touring boots tend to have substantial technology built in. Unfortunately this technology is frequently expensive, and forces compromise in other areas; like the liner. ZipFit changes that. The is built out of top of the line materials and is focussed on the demands of big-mountain/hike-to-ski excursions.

The integrated spoiler design gives very soft boots extremely positive edge control and stability for downhill skiing, while permitting essential freedom and comfort for hiking, striding and climbing.

Available in either leather or softex inner lining.

Circulating Channels

Sealed sacks are engineered to and circulate the OMFit© compound, replenishing support continuously while you ski. This action begins each time you push your heel down, forcing the compound into channels that funnel it into the heel huggers.

Uniform support

The warmed OMFit molding compound disperses into the voids, to create completely uniform support, and then firms up as the temperature stabilizes.

SpotFit

SPOTFIT personalization means that addition OMFit compound can be injected at any time, precisely where you need it in the tongue or the liner, by any certified ZipFit dealer.

Because the OMFit compound never catalyses, you can inject small amounts as often as you wish, until the fit is perfect. However, we strongly suggest that you ski the liners for several days before you determine the need for SpotFit injection. Because the fit improves as you ski, and relaxes when you stop, only dynamic skiing -- and not flexing on the ski shop floor -- will tell you if you need more OMFit.

Leather and Softex cloth

Many veteran skiers still prefer the unmatched foot-gripping quality of a leather liner, and ZipFit is one of the few sources of quality leather liners today. Softex cloth is the high-quality standard of the industry today.
