I started to use Zipfits after seeing a pair while ski guiding in Europe. I had always struggled with locking my ankle into place in my boots due to a low volume foot, so I tried a pair in a little ski shop in Verbier. Now a decade later I still use them in all my boots whether I am guiding on the piste or out touring or on expeditions. My feet are key to my job and I am so glad that I stumbled across these liners all those years ago, nothing else has worked quite as well. Today most of my coworkers use ZipFit liners for many of the same reasons I started, the fit is superb, performance can't be beat, and to top it off they last forever!

The pair that I’m using in my boots today have seen somewhere between 1400-1500 days! Kinda cool, kinda gross, but they haven't packed out whatsoever from the first day I put them in my boots. The fit is super snug, yet not painful, allowing me to spend 9-10 hours in my boots five days a week and still want to go freeskiing on the weekend. ZipFits add significant power to my boot and I don't have to think about what I'm doing with my ski boots from year to year, which frees me up to obsess over other ski gear!

It’s rare in the outdoor industry that a product exceeds expectations. There are lots of products that do what they say they’re going to do. But it’s a different thing entirely to experience something that completely changes and enhances the way you ski. I’ve struggled to break out from high intermediate skiing to the advanced stuff I’d rather be doing. There are so many situations where the skis wouldn’t respond to my asks, no matter how many squats or deadlifts I did.

Things seems different with the Freeride inner boots. Steep bump skiing immediately goes from, “I’ll get through it”, to “this is fun.” There’s nowhere on the mountain that the skis aren’t doing things easier and better. The product speaks for itself. All in all, I can’t rave enough about the liners.
