Why cork beats foam

Unlike foam liners on the market, ZipFit liners feature a resilient and self-molding cork composite (OMFit) that properly secures the heel and ankle in place.

Anatomically designed pockets in the tongue, around the heel pocket, and ankle allow for OMFit cork to be added or removed for the perfect fit, reflecting the size of your foot and choice of ski boot shell.

Because OMFit cork composite does not break down and retains it’s shape, ZipFit delivers a superior energy transfer from your leg, through your foot, and to the ski.

ZipFit breaks in while other boots break down.

The lineup

“I’m totally blown away by the performance of the Zipfit inner boot. I have never had such edge control in my life with incredible comfort in my feet. It took just one day for my skiing to fully embrace the control that comes with the Zipfit Sidewinder. Once I tried them there was no going back.”

Freestyle and Aerials Pioneer Olympic Coach and inventor of Breakaway Race gates
I have always had problem with my boot setup until I got into a pair of Zipfit’s. No more shin bang on hard landings and my heels don’t move so I have much more control.

“Zipfit is the best aftermarket liner you can buy. Its easy to sell Zipfit to any customer who comes in with a foam boot. We put Zipfit on one foot and leave their foam on the other and they buy Zipfit every time. Foam didn’t work when it was first used in the 1960s, and it still doesn’t work.”

“Lower volume, more responsive and it’s warmer. The way the Zipfit SideWinder ties the medial side of the foot with the overall support creates more response and control. There’s nothing like it.”
